Here are some tips for finding the error code for your furnace:

  • Check the furnace’s display. Many furnaces have a display that will show the error code.
  • Consult the furnace’s owner’s manual. The owner’s manual will list all of the possible error codes for the furnace and what they mean.
  • Look for a blinking LED light. Some furnaces have an LED light that will blink a certain number of times to indicate the error code.

Once you have found the error code, you can look it up in the furnace’s owner’s manual to see what it means and what troubleshooting steps you can try. If you are unable to fix the problem yourself, you should call a qualified HVAC technician.
